Simply adding an item to your cart does not purchase (order) the item.
Your order will be completed when you enter delivery information, payment information, etc., press the [Order Confirmation] button, and the order procedure completion screen is displayed.

Even if you add an item to your cart, the item is not kept on hold.

This can be done on the "Credit card information change" screen after logging into My Page. My Page > Add/Edit Credit Card > (Enter card information) > Register card information My Page > Regular Purchase Information > Details > Change Payment Method > (Select your desired credit card from the pulldown) > [Save] *You cannot change the status of your scheduled flight if it is suspended or cancelled. My Page > Add/Edit Credit Card > Delete *If the credit card you wish to delete is linked to a regular flight, it cannot be deleted. You can delete it after changing your payment method or changing your card.

Since it is a gift, can I not include something with a known price?

If the orderer information and delivery address information are different, a delivery note will not be included.

However, if you would like us to send you a receipt or delivery note, please write in the communication section.
